Where is my order?

If you recently placed an order and you are wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we have dispatched it to you:

1. Make sure you are logged onto the site (your log in will be shown at the top of the page next to the shopping cart).
2. Click the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ button at the top of any page.
3. Click ‘View/return/cancel my previous orders’
On the next page you should see details of all the orders you have placed. The orders will be listed as either:

• Order submitted
• Order accepted
• Order declined
• Order shipping
• Order complete

Note: if you can't find the order in My Account, it may be that you didn't place it. Click "Shopping Cart" at the top of any page and see if the items you wanted to order are still there. If they are, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and place your order. If you can’t find the order in My Account or in your shopping basket, please check whether you have ordered using a different e-mail address, or the same e-mail address with a different password.

Order accepted
This means that your order has processed correctly but hasn't yet entered the dispatch process. take longer to leave our fulfillment centre.

Order Shipping
This means that your order has entered the dispatch process. It will leave our fulfilment centre as soon as it is ready, usually within the next 24 hours. You cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the dispatch process.

How will it be delivered?
All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by First Class post (Royal Mail) or Business Post (courier). It is not possible to choose exactly which carrier we use for your order.

How long will it take to arriv
e?
When you place an order, we will estimate dispatch and delivery dates. Delivery is usually within 48 hours from date of order (excluding weekends), but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. There must be someone at the delivery address to accept/sign for the parcel. If all/part of your order is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible by email and advise you of the estimated delivery date. After placing your order, you will be able to track the status online by signing into your account.

Missing or delayed items:
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforseen delivery delays. Please wait three days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order. During that time, we recommend that you ask you local postal sorting office if they have already tried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct.
