Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.
Our returns procedure

Returns authorisation
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by clicking the link below. We will then email you with authorisation.

Packing the item
Wrap the item securely, and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. (Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.)

Posting DVD's
- Please send by recorded delivery only.
- We will refund the postage of any recorded-delivery item up to a maximum of £2.00.

Posting electronics and gadgets
- If the item is valued at under £75 please send by recorded delivery only.
- If the item is valued at £75 or above please send by special delivery only.
- The standard maximum amount of postage refunded for a returned item is £2.00. However, should the return postage exceed this we will refund the postage provided you send us a receipt.

Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.

Returning an unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
- We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.

How we test returned items
We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage (not exceeding £2.00)
We advise you to check DVD's on a second machine (a different make or model). We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
